Not happy that there was no elevator to the second floor. My husband has walking difficulties and getting up the stairs was difficult. The room was clean and spacious and the bed quite comfortable. However given the size of this room a couch or a couple of chairs would have been nice.
Somewhat friendly staff, decent breakfast in the morning, would NOT recommend the coffee though. Rooms were alright, didn't smell bad but there was obvious wear on walls and the ceiling, especially in the bathroom where a ventalation grill was quite rusty. Apparently the ventalation just vents with the room next to it because you can hear pretty much everything someone is doing in the bathroom that shares a wall with yours. Beds were quite stiff but the linens smelled and felt clean, has easy access from the freeway. Not a great first choice, but isn't too bad if you're in a pinch.
Stay was ok, I cleaned motels for a living for 15 years. My bathtubs would shine, room 219 needs a good scrub with a magic eraser. We had cold eggs for breakfast
Staff is friendly and went to great lengths to help. The rooms are clean and smell nice. Hotel is modern and up to date! I left a piece of electronics in my room and the staff used their own money to send it back to me. Great hotel in very safe area.
Great for the money. This place isn't fancy by any stretch of the imagination but it's clean and the staff was friendly. I felt safe the whole time. Rooms clean bed comfortable. The pool area was clean and indoors. The only thing I'd suggest is if you have an issue with stairs request a first floor room, no elevator.
